On January 11, 2002, Kalamazoo Vending and Staggs Vending merged to create K & S Vending Services, the largest locally owned and independent vending company in Southwest Michigan. 

Our service area stretches from Martin to Constantine and from Decatur to Battle Creek, and we know this community well. We currently have thirteen vending routes and our thirty-eight full and part time employees live and work in our service area. As a local business, we are proud to keep all revenue generated by
K & S Vending Services within the Southwest Michigan community.
